Members are considered those part either of C.O.ME. Collaboration or of ROE with a valid membership.
Students - status must be certified - An official supportive letter from the institution, signed by the head of the institution confirming the status, or a valid status ID card must accompany the registration.
Registration fees include access to the scientific sessions, congress kit and coffee breaks.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations requests must be received in writing at info@comecollaboration.org prior to the 25th of September 2017 for you to receive a full refund. Cancellations made from the 26th of September 2017 will not be refunded.
The conference will only be held if a certain minimum of participants is reached. In the case of an insufficient number of registrations, COME Collaboration reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference up to two weeks before the start of the conference at the latest.
Registered participants will be informed of such changes by mail contact. In this case registration fees that have already been paid will be refunded. Any other costs incurred due to cancellation, rescheduling or a change of the conference location will not be covered by COME Collaboration.
